Our Story

What is Crooked River Naturals? We’re a small business that makes a variety of beeswax and honey products, run by a couple of beekeepers who live on a small family farm on the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley. Our focus is on supporting healthy people, healthy homes and healthy bees by producing goods that avoid toxins and promote clean and natural living.

When we started keeping bees in 2020, we quickly learned that bees do a lot more than just making honey (which is pretty good, by the way). The first year, we used our beeswax to make lip balms, and pretty quickly expanded to other natural remedies (like elderberry syrup) and personal care products (like our Bee Rad Hair and Whisker Wax).
